JAC Motors Introduces Seven-Year Service Plan

JAC Motors South Africa has extended its Service Plan from five to seven years at no extra cost, while retaining the 100,000-kilometre limit.

The extension gives new and current owners with active Service Plans greater flexibility and longer-term support, allowing them to access manufacturer-scheduled services for longer. It also benefits prospective buyers of pre-owned JAC vehicles with active Service Plans.

The new JAC Motors Service Plan covers routine servicing for up to 100,000 kilometres or seven years, whichever comes first, providing customers with greater certainty over motoring costs. Each service includes genuine JAC parts, approved oils, air filters, spark plugs, scheduled labour, and comprehensive checks of fluids, belts, hoses and lights.

“Following customer feedback, we have extended our Service Plans to seven years, enabling customers who travel fewer kilometres annually to access all scheduled services while better supporting their mobility needs,” says Karl-Heinz Göbel, CEO of JAC Motors South Africa. “We are delighted to extend this goodwill gesture to our existing customers with active Service Plans as well.”

The new class-leading 7-year/100,000 km Service Plan strengthens JAC Motors’ position in South Africa’s competitive commercial vehicle and bakkie market, addresses evolving customer mobility needs, and reinforces the brand’s commitment to reliable products and customer-focused ownership support.

“By extending our Service Plan to seven years, we give customers greater peace of mind, flexibility and long-term value, while demonstrating our confidence in the quality and reliability of JAC products,” says Göbel.
