We encourage you to utilise your tag/s correctly. When registering a SANRAL mobility account, your tag is linked to your specific vehicle licence plate number. Swapping of tags between vehicles or traveling with two tags in your vehicles is not allowed, as it results in incorrect billing, loss of discounts, your tag being declined as a payment method at the toll plaza, causing the boom not to open for you. Your safety remains our top priority, and we kindly request your cooperation in refraining from this practice.

Please ensure that your tag is topped up with enough funds for your whole journey. You can top up your account through various methods:

1. Gauteng only: SANRAL Customer Service Centers along the Gauteng freeway roads are available to assist you with all enquiries regarding your SANRAL Mobility Account (click herefor locations).
2. The Kolonnade Shopping Center Customer Service Outlet trading hours are the same as the Malls Trading Hours within which it is located.
