Armoured Mobility, South Africa’s premier manufacturer of luxury armoured vehicles, is proud to announce its live exhibition at Sandton City Shopping Centre, running until 30 July 2025. Visit the display and interact with their experts who will talk about all things armoured.

On display is one of the most sought-after bulletproof vehicles on the market, the 2025 Toyota Hilux 2.8 GD-6 4X4 GR-Sport Double Cab, armoured with B6 Discreet Premium protection. This factory-built unit includes 360° bullet-resistant protection, B6 ballistic glass, reinforced A, B, and C pillars, firewall, roof, front fenders, and run-flat steel band tyres. It can withstand a range of high powered rifle fire.

Also on display is a Land Rover armoured by Armoured Mobility and live-fire tested using everything from handguns to high-powered rifles. Visitors can inspect the actual vehicle that withstood multiple shots, with no bullet penetration. Supporting videos will be screened at the stand, demonstrating the vehicle’s performance under real ballistic testing conditions.

Several technical displays allow visitors to explore the core materials, glass composition, and structural enhancements used to turn everyday vehicles into life-saving armoured machines.

Later this week, Armoured Mobility will unveil the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Max with B4 Protection, the most affordable armoured SUV on the market. Stylish, spacious, and built with discreet ballistic protection, it’s designed to make personal safety accessible without compromise.

This handcrafted masterpiece features Level IIIA ballistic material, rigid and soft leathers, a wooden frame and handle, and a UV-printed Xhosa-inspired HN monogram. Successfully tested against 9mm and .44 Magnum rounds, the Shield Bag is where African elegance meets real-world protection.
