The last Quarter of the independent Scott Byers Customer Satisfaction report has revealed that Volvo Trucks South Africa has managed to retain the top spot in Sales, Service and Parts. This illustrates our efforts to push the boundaries in terms of innovation and putting the needs of our customers first. Volvo Trucks prides itself on attesting to why we are not only a transport solution provider but, a suitable partner for fleet owners.

The fourth Quarter of the 2017 Scott Byers report sees Volvo Trucks maintain its rankings in numerous areas of the Scott Byers report. It is a clear depiction of the unwavering commitment to consumer centricity in all areas of our business and offerings. The bar has been set, but Volvo Trucks aim to keep raising it and work hard to that effect.

“We are very proud of maintaining the top spot in the industry but also very humble, we know that maintaining the number one spot will be much more difficult than getting there. We are ready to put in the hard work to make this a reality”, said Volvo Group Southern Africa President Torbjorn Christensson.

Volvo Trucks’ commitment to quality is the underlying root of their success. The results of the fourth quarter Scott Byers report is a testament to that commitment. Volvo Trucks has reached the highest recorded score ever for the parts and service segments. “This really is a combined effort by all relevant departments and our services network. We have worked hard in getting our service capacity and parts supply to this level, but we are not complacent and will continue to strive to deliver the best services to maximise our customer's uptime and profitability”, concludes Aftermarket Director, Theunis Eloff.
