The results of the annual IPSOS South African Competitive Customer Experience survey are out. Audi has retained gold position for purchasing and customer experience in the South African automotive industry. Audi has achieved the gold standard in the servicing experience for the past four years, making the brand’s customer service a benchmark in the industry.
Audi has been on a journey to advocate transformation through expanding on their economic inclusion and diversification within their Dealer Network, with their Dealer Principal Apprentice Programme. The programme, which lasts for 18 months, aims to develop a talent pool of black Dealer Principals for the Audi Dealer Network. The programme offers candidates personalised mentoring and coaching, which is structured to provide broader training exposure, using a blended learning model. The programme is uniquely designed around key principles of leadership and management within the motor industry. This is another way that the brand with the four rings is championing progress in South Africa.
