NEASA will be conducting an informal workshop webinar to ensure that business owners, managers, HR- and IR managers are sufficiently trained in the substantial and procedural requirements for dismissing employees due to their incapacity.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives include providing delegates with an understanding of the:
- poor work performance when the employee is on probation or where he/she is permanently employed;
- ill health/injury where the employee’s ill-health/injury is temporary or permanent;
- general Incapacity; and
- the procedural requirements for dismissals based on incapacity.
