Covid-19: return to work screening

Dear employer

We previously provided employers with a return to work TOOLKIT in order to assist employers, who are permitted to operate under Alert Level 4, in complying with the OHS health and safety regulations as set out by Government.

One of the requirements is a daily screening questionnaire, which workers are required to complete every day before they may be permitted to enter the workplace.

This process may however be quite time consuming. 

In order to address this, we have provided employers with a Screening Confirmation Form, in terms of which the employee can simply confirm on a daily basis that he has completed the questionnaire once and that his health has not changed.
