SCREENING DOES NOT REQUIRE TEMPERATURE TEST
We previously communicated that as part of the screening requirements of workers entering the workplace, a non-invasive temperature check has to be conducted by the employer.
However, it has now been confirmed that a declaration by the employee, as part of the screening questionnaire, would be sufficient and that there is no obligation on the employer to conduct a temperature test.
