The TERS online application portal is constantly being updated.
Employers who have already submitted their claim are advised to login regularly in order to view any important communications and to keep abreast with the status of their application.
A status bar has been added to the site (see below).
It seems that due to the amendment of the claims periods, some claims, submitted before 17 April 2020, may have been lost. Employers who submitted before this date and who have not received any communication, or if there is no indication on the status bar that the claim is in progress, should resubmit their claim.
