Tyrexpo Africa 2018, the continent’s premier trade show serving the tyre and automotive aftermarket ecospheres, will be held at the Gallagher Convention Centre Hall 2, Johannesburg, South Africa from 10 to 12 April 2018, together with GarageXpo Africa 2018.
Africa’s tyre industry is expected to surpass US $8 billion by 2022, creating a wealth of new growth and job opportunities, from heightened tyre sales to innovative business opportunities in the re-treading sector. Meanwhile, the automotive repair and maintenance services market is also expected to display strong growth, offering new business and employment opportunities across the continent.
While exciting growth opportunities are present, the tyre and garage industries are also susceptible to the forces of global technological disruption. The rate of technological adoption and implementation of innovative solutions will differentiate the most forward-looking organisations from the rest.
