From working in small auto workshops to navigating a challenging academic path, he remained steadfast in his goal: to build a name for himself in the motor industry. After earning his National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (N6) from Maluti FET College in 2008, he gained hands-on experience across multiple roles—Technician, Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, Claims Administrator, and Product & Rates Pricing Specialist—before taking the leap into entrepreneurship.
In 2017, he founded his own auto workshop, initially trading as Wheelsturn Car Service, later evolving into RenNiss Auto, and now firmly established as MotorFlux. Today, his thriving business employs over 15 people, serving a growing clientele with expert vehicle repair and maintenance solutions.
Most notably, Tsehlo recently secured a strategic partnership with Castrol, one of the world’s leading lubricant brands. This milestone further cements his credibility and influence in the industry, demonstrating the power of hard work, vision, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
