AutoTrader Ratings and Reviews is a Dealer Reputation Management tool that has been available to car shoppers since December 2024.

Since launching, we have seen:

To continue to give you more ways to collect AutoTrader Ratings and Reviews, we are thrilled to introduce your dealership’s exclusive QR Code. This is another powerful tool to effortlessly gather valuable feedback from customers during their visit, ensuring a seamless experience and helping you continuously improve your service - ultimately driving more sales.

 

 

Follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to Manage
2. Select the ‘Dealer’ tab on the main navigation panel. Click on ‘Ratings and Reviews’. 
3. In the top right corner, you will find a QR code download button underneath your unique URL.
4. Download the PDF, print it, and display it in high-visibility areas around your dealership.

 

No, the Ratings and Reviews QR code is completely free for all dealerships with an existing AutoTrader subscription

 

The QR code is co-branded with the AutoTrader logo and your dealership. When you click download, you’ll receive one version with your logo and another without it. The choice is yours.

 

You can print as many QR codes as you would like to and place them where it suits your dealership best. Whether on a sign at the front desk, with your sales consultants, F&I, or near service areas
