As one of the few black women in South Africa to own a Bosch franchise, Moroe’s journey is a powerful story of resilience, ambition, and leadership in a male-dominated industry.

A Childhood Dream Turned Reality

Moroe’s entrepreneurial spirit was apparent from an early age. “From a young age, I fully understood the value of money and profit,” she recalls. “I was that schoolgirl always finding something to sell, from cupcakes to beads.”

However, like many, she initially pursued a traditional path, completing her BCom Economics degree and working in a corporate environment. Though she had a prestigious position with great benefits, her passion for entrepreneurship called her back. “The desire to set my own limits and to get out of my comfort zone propelled me to be an entrepreneur,” Moroe explains.

“As a woman who is in leadership, I always challenge myself and others around me to say how do we create space for other women. It’s not enough to simply secure a seat at the table. We need to use our voices, share our experiences, and leverage our positions to create opportunities for other women. We need to continuously foster an environment where every women feels seen, heard and empowered to make her mark.” she says.
