Here’s to the overjoyed Renault Kiger competition winner
Tamica Jacobs

Renault South Africa launched a national ‘test-drive-to-win’ competition on 19th April 2024, with the chance to win a brand-new Renault Kiger Turbo model worth R339 999.

The competition was officially introduced at the ABSA Wildeklawer event in Kimberley, the biggest School Sports Tournament in the Southern Hemisphere. With over 26,000 people in attendance over the duration, this was the perfect platform for the competition to gain traction. A strong collaborative activation drive with Renault and ABSA ensured a healthy number of entries were received to kickstart the competition.

The competition was extended until 31st May, with good support from the Dealer network and other marketing initiatives undertaken.

With over 3,000 entries received in total, it was most fortunate for Tamica Jacobs from Springs to be selected as the ultimate winner of the new Renault Kiger, amongst the 5 finalists who attended the final audited elimination event at the Renault Bryanston Dealership on Saturday, 15th June.

Tamica is already a loyal Renault customer, having happily driven a Renault Kwid for the past 4 years, with 2 other family members being part of the Renault fold too.

With the recent birth of her daughter, her second child, it was very much on her wish list to upgrade her Kwid to a bigger vehicle. Her win has made her dreams come true and has changed her life.

The Renault Kiger, a compact SUV, is the perfect vehicle to suit her needs. Aside from its eye-catching design, the Kiger is intuitive, offering features normally reserved for upper segment vehicles, such as an 8” floating touchscreen, wireless smartphone replication, reverse camera, handsfree smart access, ambient lighting, a multi-sense driving mode experience, and a 3D surround sound Arkamys sound system.

The standard safety features such as ABS + EBD, 4 Airbags, ISOFIX, Rear Parking Sensors and ESP, will ensure she not only travels in safety, but in style too.

Here’s wishing Tamica and her family happy travels.
