Lightstone Auto’s Star Reacher F&I Awards recognise industry trailblazers
Lightstone Auto announced, at a ceremony over the weekend, the top-performing motor industry F&I managers at its 2023/2024 Lightstone Star Reacher F&I Awards which took place at Ivory Manor Boutique Hotel in Pretoria on Saturday.
Lightstone Auto launched the Star Reacher F&I Awards three years ago with the aim of recognising and rewarding F&I managers in the auto industry. It is available exclusively to Lightstone users and clients through their signature Lightstone Signio platform.
The programme measures F&I managers’ performance across five key focus areas that encourage industry excellence, continuous learning and digital adoption. Every quarter, winners in each category are awarded for their achievements and this culminates in an annual award ceremony where performance over a 12-month period is recognised.
Congratulating the ten winners, Paul Marshall Managing Director at Lightstone Auto says, “Motor Dealers are at the centre of our Auto business and we will remain committed to building a sustainable motor retail environment. We also believe that without F&I, sustainability would be negatively impacted, and our commitment is to work with each and every dealer and F&I to ensure continued health of this important function.”
