All Letters of Good Standing (LOGS) issued by the Compensation Fund to COIDA-compliant businesses, expired on 30 April 2024.
No new LOGS will be issued to businesses that fail to timeously file, submit and pay their assessment based on their annual Return of Earnings (ROEs).
The time for submission of annual ROEs is open from 1 April 2024 until 31 May 2024.
