The main agreement negotiations of the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council (MEIBC) is set to commence in April 2024. 

NEASA will be submitting demands to the MEIBC on behalf of its members. These demands will reflect the views of members as they have crystalised over many years. 

The demands from the union parties will only be received by the end of March 2024. 

NEASA will, during the course of the negotiations, embark on a roadshow to inform members of developments and acquire a mandate. 

The exact dates and venues for the roadshow will be communicated at a later stage
