Online Employment Equity submissions start 1 September for all ‘designated employers’ with 50 or more employees.

NEASA Labour Compliance offers assistance with the employment equity process, including submitting your annual reports to the Department of Employment and Labour.

Designated employers with less than 50 employees are advised to hold back on their submission in anticipation of the publishing of the Employment Equity Amendment Bill, which will amend the definition of 'designated employers'.
