Your health and that of our staff is of utmost importance to us. We have put measures in place at all our e-toll customer service outlets to curb the spreading of COVID-19.
We took the decision to allow staff to work reduced hours with effect from 23rd March 2020 to the 14th April 2020.
All our Customer Service Centres in the shopping malls will have reduced staff members to assist our Road Users. The operational hours will also align to the shopping malls.
We take note that shopping malls continue to vary their times, with most of the hours being Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm, Saturdays 9am – 3pm and Sundays 9am – 2pm.
However, the other changed Operational Hours will be as follows:
Call centre: 6am – 6pm
Satellite Centres: 6am – 6pm
Still we take our commitment to provide excellent customer service seriously and are offering alternative ways in which we will be able to assist you with any account management matters.
