Audi receives IPSOS gold award for best customer experience

Audi South Africa has retained the number-one position for customer experience in the South African motor industry for the fifth consecutive year in the annual IPSOS CCE Awards. Audi received the Gold award for Passenger Car Purchasing Experience as well as a Gold award for Passenger Car Servicing for the 2016 calendar year.

The Ipsos CCE Awards are presented by Ipsos South Africa, part of the second largest survey-based market research company in the world. The winners were selected after Ipsos conducted telephonic interviews with 23 00 customers about their experience at franchised dealerships when purchasing a new vehicle or having their vehicle serviced.
